About
Purpose
The XBMA Forum is sponsored by the International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A (XBMA), a joint venture between the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, the Stern School of Business at New York University, and Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.
The XBMA Institute seeks to promote the high-level study and analysis of cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This Forum is intended to provide research, analysis and data on the current market dynamics that fuel business expansion through cross-border M&A as well as the financial, legal, governmental, and societal frameworks that propel or constrain such activity. Contributors may include the Institute’s advisory board, founding members, symposia speakers, and guest commentators.
All views expressed on the Forum should be attributed only to the individuals expressing them; the Institute and the editors seeks to provide a forum for discussion and does not take positions on any issue. None of the views expressed have been endorsed, confirmed or approved by XBMA or any of the editors of XBMA Forum, nor by XBMA’s founders, members, contributors, academic partners, advisory board members, or others. No inference to the contrary should be drawn.
The Forum editor can be reached at forum@xbma.org.
