– Rebalancing the World Order in Global M&A and Strategic Cross-Border Transactions –
The International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A held its inaugural Legal Roundtable Symposium on current issues in international cross-border mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments. The Symposium was hosted by New York University on behalf of its three founding Universities, Peking University, Cambridge and NYU.
The Symposium was the first in-person gathering of the XBMA Legal Roundtable, following the successful launch of the XBMA Forum (https://live-xbma.pantheonsite.io/forum/) in 2011.
